The average American weighs 18.5 percent more than in 1960. Adults 18 to 64 should exercise moderately for two-and-a-half hours per week and engage in vigorous activity for an hour and 15 minutes. However, researchers found that adults only do 17 minutes of fitness activities per day. That’s two-and-a-half times less than teenagers…. As they say in poker, if you’ve been in the game for 30 minutes and don’t know who the sucker is, you’re the sucker.

I Was Devastated When I tore my Rotator Cuff Late in my High School Years. I had Intended to go to College for Baseball & struggled to find my calling until 26, When I got a job at Gold’s Gym working the front desk with a bunch of High Schoolers.

Then one day, realizing my arms were small and my stomach doughy, I decided it was time to get back in shape.

I took up Weight Lifting, dropped my extra fat, build 30lbs of muscle, and got a six pack. My deadlift went from 135 (I’d never deadlifted before) to 405. I finally benched more than 225. My squats and lunges stopped hurting and got strong. I regained my confidence, slept better, and had more endurance than the Energizer Bunny, I didn’t stop there though, I eventually became an expert in corrective exercise & Injury Prevention, I moved up to GM at Golds Gym

The journey changed my life and inspired me to help other people take control of their health.

However I Never Felt The Members Came First At Golds Gym, The Owners Just Saw things Differently. So I eventually quit & Started Cain Performance So I Could Focus on Member Goals & Growth First, and So I Could Help Prevent Other Athletes From Seriously Injuring Themselves. I regularly charge training, coaching, and consulting anywhere from $1000 up to $1,000,000 per year.
