Thanks to the relentless support of awesome clients and friends, Cain Performance is moving to a bigger facility this September.

I am beyond excited and supremely grateful for all the help I've received since starting the studio. I cannot wait to see what the future holds as we take this opportunity to help more people in our new home in Kirkland, and our new relationship with Eastside Tennis Center and Icehouse Cryotherapy.

In addition to offering more space and equipment for general fitness, Cain Performance is also expanding into youth athletic training. We will be offering performance training and strength and conditioning for athletes ages 6 and up.

You only need 30min to get a good workout!

I know weekends are for fun (I'm having an pre-wedding reception with my family today for example). I know that personal time is precious. You don't have to sacrifice a lot of it to get or stay fit.

Grab a set of Dumbbells and try this Circuit:
Squat and Press
Bent Over Row
Alternating Reverse Lunge
RDL
Mountain Climbers

10-12 reps (per side) each exercise, repeat as many times as possible in 30 min.

Washington folks: we aren't used to this heat. It's time to increase your water intake!

The average person needs 3L of water per day. 1L is in your food. You need to drink the other 2L. Add 1L to that if you are very active. Add 1L if it's hot out.
